1. Scope
- These terms apply to the use of guardiian.app
- Operator: Robert-William Kaspar, Webtools & KI-Projekte
2. Waitlist
- Free and non-binding
- No entitlement to delivery or conclusion of a contract
- May be closed or deleted at any time
3. Intellectual Property
- All content (text, images, logos) is protected by copyright
- Reproduction only with written consent
4. Liability
- Guardiian is currently in development
- Product information, pricing, and features are preliminary
- No guarantee of accuracy or completeness
5. Plan binding, upgrade and transferability
- All plans (Monthly, Yearly, 3-Year, Lifetime, Grow-Up) are bound to the user account they were purchased with
- Transferring a plan to a different account is generally not possible
- The email address associated with an account can be changed at any time — this does not count as a plan transfer
- Holders of a Grow-Up plan may upgrade to Lifetime at any time for a one-time payment of €149 — also after the original Grow-Up term has ended
- Completing the upgrade grants the user the right to transfer the resulting Lifetime plan once to another account
- Once that transfer has been performed the option is consumed; further transfers are not possible
